I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula who blends evidence-based education, holistic wellness, and culturally rooted postpartum care to support families from pregnancy through postpartum. My work includes Moroccan postpartum care, placenta encapsulation, bengkung belly binding, and whole-person recovery support.
